What to Expect

While we think you will fit right into our simple and laid back worship services, we also know that visiting a church for the first time can be intimidating and awkward. Here are a few things you can expect when you join us at our Sunday gathering…

When you arrive: We start our services at 10am, but people tend to mingle before and after services to catch up on life. There is a welcome table with some information, coffee and often some delicious baked goods.

What to wear: We couldn’t care less how you dress! You will probably see anything from cowboy boots to sandals. Dress shirts to T-shirts. Just wear clothes, that’s all we ask!

Children’s ministry: An optional children’s church program is available during the pastor’s message. (Children are always welcome to stay for the entire worship service if parents prefer.) We have volunteers bring the kids over to the preschool next door, where they will participate in crafts and games tied in with a Bible lesson.

Worship ServiceDuring our service we will sing songs of worship, hear a message from the Bible and pray. We try to teach the Bible in a straight-forward and understandable way.
