Ministry Teams

Below is a list of our ministry teams and a short description. If you are interested in serving in a ministry team or just want more information, please contact the team leader through their email.

 Worship Team

The worship team is responsible for fostering an environment of worship on our Sunday morning services. We have a time of worship each Sunday morning and the worship team uses their gifts to help lead our community in musical worship. If you are interested in helping to create a time and environment for worship on Sunday mornings, please consider joining our worship team.

Children’s Team

Our Children’s team invests in the Children at NRCC. They are responsible for creating a safe environment for kids to learn about who God is and how He wants a relationship with them. Each week we have an opportunity to invest into the children in our community and bless their parents. If you would like to love on and invest in the children of NRCC, please consider joining this team.

Outreach Team

We ask the question, “would anyone miss this church community if we were gone?” It is a tough question but an important one if we want to be intentional about blessing our small town and neighbors. Our outreach team helps to plan, organize and implement outreach events, service projects and ways that we can connect and serve out local community. If you have a love to connect and serve, please consider joining our outreach team.
Team Leader Sara Brinkley:

Hospitality Team

Entering a church or any new community can be awkward and daunting so we want to do our part to welcome folks into our services and community. This may be by helping to set up (coffee, welcome materials and chairs) before service, welcoming someone as they walk through the door on Sunday or asking to hear their story over coffee. If you would like to help set up before Sunday services and/or be a friendly face to welcome people into our community please consider joining our welcome team.
Team LeaderKim Smith:

Prayer Team

We want to saturate our ministry and community in prayer. We believe that prayer is wonderful blessing given to us for communion with God and it is also a powerful tool for God’s Kingdom as we partner with Him in aligning our thoughts and hearts with His purposes for us and our church. We would love to develop a team that focuses on intentional and consistent times of prayer for our community, for Clark and Routt County and beyond.
